All of our products are delivered by a nationwide pallet courier company, to most of mainland UK, for a flat rate of £50 + VAT per pallet. This can carry up to 900kg of material. Pallet courier companies use a vehicle with a tail lift offload and pump truck to deliver the pallets. They are contracted to deliver onto or as close to our customers properties as possible.

The pump truck used to move the pallets once they are on the ground is powered by nothing more than the strength of the delivery driver! They will not be able to move the pallets over soft surfaces such as gravel and grass and up or down steep gradients. All of our products are regularly stocked items and you can receive your delivery after 3 working days from the date of your order. You can set the day of your delivery for no extra charge. We can arrange next day, before midday and Saturday deliveries for an extra charge of £20 + VAT.

If you wish to order multiple items we will work to deliver your order using the most cost effective and practical vehicle for the job. Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore UK please contact us for a quote on your delivery.

If after confirming delivery date and location a delivery fails, due to a customer not being available to receive the goods an Inaccessable delivery location the cost of delivery is non refundable and we may have to charge the same delivery cost again for a second attempt. All of our products are correctly packaged upon dispatch, please contact us immediately if you have an issue with your material upon receiving delivery.
